Multi-channel dosing of up to 12 nutrient inputs when paired with Bluelab PeriPods. Best suited to commercial and serious hobby growers, not a basic single-reservoir setup. Bluelab Pro Controller Wi-Fi, Automated pH & EC Dosing System for Hydroponic Reservoir ControlThe Bluelab Pro Controller Wi-Fi is an advanced automated nutrient dosing system engineered for precise hydroponic reservoir management. Designed for commercial and serious hobby growers, it delivers continuous monitoring and closed-loop control of pH, electrical conductivity (EC), and temperature to maintain optimal nutrient availability and plant uptake. When paired with Bluelab PeriPods, the system enables multi-channel dosing of up to 12 nutrient inputs, including automated pH adjustment via acid or alkaline dosing lines. The controller dynamically responds to reservoir fluctuations, dosing in controlled increments to maintain stable conditions within a tolerance of plus or minus 0.1 pH and EC.Integrated Wi-Fi connectivity allows remote monitoring and system control via the Edenic by Bluelab app, providing real-time alerts, historical data insights, and full dosing customisation from any location. Safety lockouts, dosing delays for solution mixing, and automatic recovery after power interruptions ensure consistent and fail-safe operation across all system configurations. This system is suited for high-performance hydroponic applications including recirculating systems, DWC, NFT, and commercial fertigation setups where precision nutrient control directly impacts yield and plant health.Key Benefits Fully automated pH and EC dosing for hydroponic reservoirs. Closed-loop control continuously monitors and adjusts nutrient concentration and pH without manual intervention, maintaining stable conditions across all growth stages. Multi-channel dosing of up to 12 nutrient inputs. When paired with Bluelab PeriPods, the system supports complex multi-part nutrient programs with individual dosing control for each channel. High-precision control within plus or minus 0.1 pH and EC. Tight tolerance dosing prevents nutrient drift and pH fluctuation, ensuring consistent ion availability and root zone stability. Wi-Fi remote monitoring and control via Edenic app. Access live pH, EC, and temperature data, configure dosing parameters, and receive real-time alerts from any location via mobile or browser. Dual-direction pH control. Supports both acid and alkaline dosing lines for complete bidirectional pH management across varying source water and nutrient conditions. Auto-resume after power interruption. System restores full automated operation without manual reconfiguration following power loss, maintaining dosing continuity in unattended grow environments. How It Works Probes continuously monitor pH, EC, and temperature. Replaceable BNC pH probe, conductivity probe, and temperature probe measure all three parameters in real time from within the nutrient reservoir. Controller detects deviation from target parameters. When pH or EC moves outside the configured tolerance range, the controller initiates a dosing cycle to correct the imbalance. PeriPods deliver precise volumes of nutrient or pH solution. Connected peristaltic dosing pumps deliver controlled increments of the required solution, preventing overshoot and maintaining stable reservoir conditions. Dosing intervals allow solution homogenisation. Intelligent delays between dose cycles give the reservoir time to mix before the next reading and correction, ensuring accurate parameter assessment. Wi-Fi transmits data to the Edenic app. Live readings, dosing activity, and system alerts are streamed to the mobile app for remote visibility and control. Safety lockouts prevent overdosing. Built-in limits on dosing frequency and volume protect plants from pH shock and nutrient toxicity in the event of sensor error or system fault. Why Use an Automated Dosing SystemMaintaining stable nutrient concentrations and pH levels is critical for ion availability, osmotic balance, and root zone stability. Manual adjustments introduce variability between checks, whereas automated closed-loop dosing ensures consistent plant access to essential macro and micronutrients across the full growth cycle. The Bluelab Pro Controller Wi-Fi eliminates this variability, replacing manual testing and adjustment with continuous, data-driven reservoir management.System Features Automated pH and nutrient dosing system. Closed-loop control with continuous monitoring and parameter-triggered dosing for hands-free reservoir management. Up to 12 nutrient dosing channels via Bluelab PeriPods. Scalable multi-channel dosing supports complex multi-part nutrient programs for advanced growing systems. Replaceable BNC pH probe. Field-replaceable double-junction pH electrode maintains long-term measurement accuracy with straightforward probe swap. Replaceable EC and temperature probes. All probes are user-serviceable for extended system lifespan without full unit replacement. Built-in Wi-Fi with optional disable. Integrated wireless connectivity for Edenic app integration. Wi-Fi can be disabled for environments where wireless operation is not required. Visual high and low alarms. Immediate on-unit alerts for pH, EC, and temperature deviations outside configured parameters. Intelligent dosing intervals. Configurable delays between dose cycles allow solution mixing and accurate re-measurement before the next correction. Safety lockouts for fail-safe operation. Dosing limits prevent overdosing in the event of sensor error, system fault, or extended parameter deviation. Compatible with Bluelab PowerPods. Supports temperature management integration for complete environmental control within the reservoir. 2-metre probe and cable lengths. Sufficient reach for flexible probe placement in large reservoirs and commercial grow system configurations. Ideal For Deep Water Culture (DWC) systems. Continuous reservoir monitoring and automated dosing maintains stable nutrient and pH conditions for high-performance DWC growing. Nutrient Film Technique (NFT) setups. Precise EC and pH control ensures consistent nutrient delivery across NFT channels for uniform plant development. Recirculating hydroponic systems. Closed-loop dosing prevents nutrient drift in recirculating reservoirs, reducing manual adjustment frequency and improving system stability. Commercial grow operations. Multi-channel dosing capacity and remote monitoring via the Edenic app suit large-scale facilities requiring consistent, automated nutrient management. High-yield indoor grow environments. Precision control within tight pH and EC tolerances supports maximum nutrient uptake efficiency for improved yields and plant performance. Yes, for temperature management integration Frequently Asked Questions What nutrients is Bluelab Pro Controller Wi-Fi compatible with? Bluelab Pro Controller Wi-Fi is compatible with most liquid hydroponic nutrients including mineral, organic, and chelated formulas. Avoid running pure-oil products or high-viscosity organic teas through peristaltic pumps without checking the manufacturer's compatibility list. Flush pumps with clean water after use to prevent nutrient residue build-up in the tubing. How do I set up Bluelab Pro Controller Wi-Fi for automated dosing? Bluelab Pro Controller Wi-Fi works by monitoring your reservoir's pH and/or EC via connected probes and automatically dispensing calibrated doses of pH adjuster or nutrient concentrate when readings drift outside your target range. Set your target pH and EC setpoints, calibrate your probes, prime the pump heads, and set dosing intervals. Always start with conservative dose sizes and adjust upward as you understand how quickly your system responds. Does Bluelab Pro Controller Wi-Fi ship fast within Australia?
