This is an anti-theft product operating as a second smart key, required for your vehicle to start. Similar to a Tesla keyfob or the latest BMW keys, works based on proximity. This is an in-house developed and manufactured product, designed for high security but without adding the inconvenience of starting your vehicle a GPS tracker app, Ghost Immobilizer or Igla would. Driver authentication is established through Bluetooth connection with a paired phone using a long password. Once your phone is authorized with the password of your choice, the vehicle this device is installed in will start only if the phone is within the car. No user input is needed, no key tag, no remote controls and no app is required for this device to be armed or disarmed. No internet connection or cellular service dependency, no monthly fees or subscriptions. A very reliable device that will not leave you stranded due to poor cellular reception, or confused and frustrated going through 10-12 steps on an app, enabling or disabling your vehicle start with a GPS tracker, every time you get in or out of your car. This device was designed to replace a GPS tracker with Killswitch, often used to prevent theft. While for rental cars this is the only viable option, for a personal, using a GPS tracker comes with more downsides than benefits. All GPS trackers require a good cellular reception to execute a Starter Disable command sent from their app. This makes them unreliable, often causing the cars they were installed in to get stranded unable to be started. A good example are underground garages, most shopping mall, movie theater, hospital and hotel parking garages or remote areas, where the cellular reception is poor or even non-existent. In contrast, this product can operate without the need of cellular reception. In addition, it comes with a backup option for starting the vehicle, in case your phone battery is depleted, or is lost or damaged.
