Note the Sole Source company Leefson Tool & Die announced on 23 July that they will stop manufacturing the Boatswain's Call at the end of 2026!!! This has caused a surge in prices and supply. More to come as we get closer to the end of the year. The current manufacture of these calls / pipes are closing their shop at the end of 2026 after 80 plus years. No new manufacture is announced yet. We will have a small stock but uncertainty once our supplies run out. There is no way possible for me to tune a pipe 100% to the way you use it. i.e. how hard or soft you blow to make the sounds / calls !!!! Please keep in mind beeswax may melt, shift and or break in transit.
