Just add yard debris, water, and activate the bucket. How to Use It Add yard debris (leaves, grass clippings, or garden scraps) to the bucket. Fill the bucket with water. Mix the swamp starter with warm water and add it to the bucket. Place the bucket in a shaded area near plants, slightly off to the side of the area you want mosquito relief.
