Bodegas Ponce is a family-run winery in the Manchuela region of Spain, a historic area known for its high-altitude vineyards and diverse soils. The Blanco 2024 is made from 100% Albilla, harvested by hand and gently pressed to preserve delicate aromas. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures to maintain freshness, with short ageing on fine lees to add texture. The wine is vibrant and aromatic, showing notes of white flowers, green apple, citrus zest, and a hint of stone fruit. Its crisp acidity and minerality make it an ideal match for seafood, light poultry dishes, salads, and fresh cheeses.
