Heat according to microwave power and time guidelines. Allow to cool and remove carefully from microwave using a towel. DO NOT reheat until completely cooled. Instructions for Cooling: Insert Wheat Pack into a plastic bag and place in the freezer for two hours. Remove from the plastic bag prior to application. Storage: Store in a cool, clean environment, ideally sealed in a plastic container or bag in the freezer. Do not wash or wet the wheat pack. Warnings: Keep out of reach of children.
