Body-Solid G6B Bi-Angular Multi-Station Gym This selectorized multi-station home gym is built around Body-Solid's patented Bi-Angular® press arm, a converging press path that applies resistance from two directions at once for chest, incline, and mid-row work. A Perfect Pec™ station, SmoothGlide™ leg developer, and high, mid, and low pulleys cover upper body, core, and legs in one footprint. The 210 lb weight stack is pin-select and upgradeable to 260 lb. A 12-gauge high-tensile steel frame, 2,200 lb aircraft cables, and a no-cable-change layout keep transitions fast between stations. DuraFirm™ pads with lumbar support and a gas-assisted chrome seat post help users of different heights stay in position. Key Features Patented Bi-Angular® Press: Converging press path that replicates a free-weight dumbbell press and applies resistance from two directions to reduce dead zones. Perfect Pec™ Station: Dual-cam variable resistance with swivel arms for unilateral or bilateral pec work and a deeper stretch. Precision Leg Developer: Self-aligning contoured cuffs on the SmoothGlide Bearing System™ with an integrated cam that holds resistance through the end of the stroke. High, Mid, and Low Pulleys: Lat pulldowns, ab crunches, curls, seated rows, and lateral raises without changing cables. 210 lb Selectorized Stack: Pin-select resistance, upgradeable to 260 lb with the optional SP50 add-on plates. 12-Gauge Steel Frame: High-tensile steel with an electrostatically applied powder-coat finish. 2,200 lb Aircraft Cables: Nylon-sheathed steel cables rated to 2,200 lb of tension strength. 4.5" Precision Pulleys: Impact-resistant fiberglass-reinforced nylon pulleys with machined steel ball bearings and self-lubricating bronze bushings. DuraFirm™ Padding: Extra-thick pads with dedicated lumbar support on the seat and backrest. Gas-Assisted Seat: Telescoping chrome-plated seat post for height adjustment across users. No-Cable-Change Design: Move between stations without rerouting cables. Included Accessories: Lat bar, straight bar, ankle strap, ab/triceps strap, Total Body Workout™ DVD, and a full-size exercise chart. Feature Highlights Bi-Angular® Press Arm Body-Solid's patented Bi-Angular® press guides the handles through a converging path so resistance comes from two directions at once, closer to a free-weight dumbbell press than a straight-bar machine path. The manufacturer states this multi-directional load produces 25% more muscle interaction by reducing the dead zones where a conventional press arm lets the muscle rest. Chest press, incline press, and mid-row share the same station. Perfect Pec™ Station The Perfect Pec™ station uses a dual-cam design with variable resistance and swivel arms so each side can work independently or together. That setup supports a longer stretch at the open position and peak contraction at the close, which is the difference between a fixed pec-deck arc and a station that tracks the shoulder. SmoothGlide Bearing System™ The leg developer rides on Body-Solid's SmoothGlide Bearing System™ with a biomechanically placed pivot and an integrated cam that keeps resistance from falling off at the end of the stroke. Self-aligning contoured cuffs follow the shin through the range of motion so the pad stays seated on both extension and curl. Exercises Press Arm: Chest press, incline press, chest mid-row, and back hyperextension. High Pulley: Lat pulldown and triceps pressdown. Mid Pulley: Ab crunch, triceps extension, and lateral fly. Low Pulley: Biceps curl, seated row, upright row, oblique bend, and hip adduction/abduction. Leg Developer: Leg extension and leg curl. Perfect Pec™: Unilateral and bilateral pec fly / pec-deck patterns. Who This Is For Built for home gym owners who want a single-stack multi-station gym instead of a room full of single-purpose machines. The converging press, pec station, and leg developer make it a fit for users who train chest, back, arms, core, and legs in one session and want pin-select convenience. Optional side attachments (leg press or inner/outer thigh — one at a time) can expand the station later.
