Isolateral exercises are made simple by the dual high- and low-pulley system, which includes combination plates for single-attachment accessories. At the low pulley station, adjustable foot braces provide stability for heavy rows and can easily pivot out of the way when not in use. Sealed linear bearings ensure that every lift on the GSFR100 Smith Station is smooth and consistent.
