New to Body-Solid’s lineup is the SPRHLA Half Rack Lat Attachment! The SPRHLA Lat Attachment adds workout variety and versatility to Body-Solid’s SPR500 and SPR500BACK Pro Clubline Half Racks. This lat attachment is available in two options: plate-loaded or users can upgrade with a 95 kg weight stack. The SPRHLA uses large diameter, sealed bearing pulleys along with 1000 kg test nylon-coated aircraft-quality cables for smooth and durable pulley exercises. Read more below. Continued description This attachment allows users to perform several high and low pulley exercises on their half rack including lat pulldowns, rows, biceps curls, shrugs, and more. The SPRHLA features a no cable change design allowing for quick and easy swap-outs of cable attachments and bars. Each SPRHLA includes a lat bar and a low row bar.
