Product usage For best results, peel hard boiled eggs right after boiling, and then cool the boiled eggs in the fridge. Cooling eggs overnight in the fridge is a convenient routine. Eggs may break apart if cutting while the egg is still hot. Peeling the egg after cooling may also lead to some egg white breaking off with the shell, affecting the cutting. So to maintain a good shape for cutting, peel the egg while hot. When rolling the egg on the cutter, do not apply too much pressure. Use two hands on both sides of the egg when rolling to make sure the cutting is even. Depending on how the egg is boiled, the egg yolk may not be centered.
