Using Bokashi bran to help create compost from kitchen waste is a fantastic alternative to the traditional composting method and is easy to develop yourself. Bokashi bran harbours billions of specially selected microbes and in just a few weeks the infused bran converts your food waste into homemade pre-compost and nutritious fertiliser. To use sprinkle a layer of 10/20 grams of bran each time you add food or organic matter to your bokashi bucket and press down. The product is available in 1 kg and 2 kg.
