Tasting Notes: Wood Smoke, Malt & Cocoa Origin: Aislaby - Uva Province, Ceylon (Sri Lanka) and Bogapani, Tezpur & Gogra, Assam 2nd Flush (India) Grade: Assam (GFBOP) and Ceylon (BOP) 100°C + 1 heaped teaspoon + steep 2-3 minutes Pour 250ml of 100°C water over 1 heaped teaspoon of loose leaf tea (approx. 3g of tea) or 1 Bold Breakfast biodegradable tea bag.
