Marc took this blend to the next level and expanded its uses by incorporating it into ethnic cultural favourites, creating recipes for Jamaican jerk, Mexican fajitas, Cuban stews and chilies, Texas Brisket, and Beef Rib Rub. For a 1" - 1.5" Steak, apply the Bold Browning rub generously. Allow 45 mins - 1.5 hours for the seasoning to fully penetrate and flavour the meat. I recommend searing the meat for best results.
