There is only a single version of this LARP foam dagger, combining an imitation wooden hilt and a real brass cap. The blade can be ordered either in the length of 25, 30 or 35cm. It has a 6 mm round fiberglass core, which ends 6 cm in front of the tip, and for safer stabbing and durability, the tip is reinforced with Kevlar fabric. The name bollock dagger is derived from the phallic shape of the hilt and the 14th century warrior's propensity for wearing the dagger directly in front of the girdle. First appearing on continental effigies around 1300-1350, the bollock dagger has one of the longest usage life spans of the five main types of Medieval daggers. Please note that the Soft Daggers are not suitable for regular LARP combat, or parrying blows from heavier foam weapons such as swords, polearms and hafted weapons. Soft Daggers have a thinner 6mm round core and are designed for light touch theatrical stabbing and slashing. You can choose from seven different leather colors. The sheath can be finished with a simple leather tip, or it can be fitted with a steel or brass chape. The leather sheaths are 4mm thick and they are hand sewn and dyed in our workshop in the Czech Republic. They can be tied to the belt with a string on the back of the sheath.
