Bols Crème de Cassis comes from the Dutch house of Bols, a name synonymous with liqueurs since the country's long tradition of distilling and fruit maceration. This is a blackcurra nt liqueur in the classic cassis style: dark, glossy and richly perfumed, built for blending as much as sipping. At 24% abv it carries real fruit weight without excess sweetness dominating the palate. Serve well chilled, 10-12°C, as the backbone of a Kir or Kir Royale with chilled white wine or champagne on deck.
