The Bomber Command Quarterly (BCQ) title is based on the Bomber Command Quarterly Review produced from 1942 to the end of war. The Bomber Command Quarterly Review, issued by HQ Bomber Command, was one of the ideas brought in by Air Marshal Harris when he took command of what, to some, was an increasingly costly and failing campaign.
