Watch a demonstration of the art of hand tempering chocolate before decorating your own bon bon molds with colorful cocoa butter using a variety of professional techniques. Then, cast your own chocolate shells using perfectly tempered chocolate from our production kitchen. You’ll also enjoy a live caramel making demonstration while learning about the different styles of bon bon fillings. Choose from a selection of made from scratch fillings to create your own assortment of bon bons before sealing and finishing each piece. You’ll head home with your own handcrafted bon bons, new chocolate-making knowledge, and a deeper appreciation for the artistry behind every artisan chocolate.
