If your order is LOST OR DAMAGED during shipping due to the shipping company, a claim is to be made with the SHIPPING COMPANY, all shipping labels have an insurance policy & coverage. Reach out to me & I’ll help you file for that. Do NOT open a chargeback on my company or you will be banned from ever ordering again. If you receive your product damaged you have 48hrs from delivery to email my business ([email protected]), with your name, order #, product issue, & provide pictures. I will gladly replace products if provided with appropriate information. I am NOT responsible for any allergic reactions & will not give refunds due to a reaction. All orders ship same or next business day depending on the time ordered, unless it’s a pre-order. Please account for weekends my small town doesn’t have an open UPS office for drop offs, & USPS is only open 2hrs on Saturday, so it more than likely won’t ship until Monday.
