This does not require any other auxiliary means such as syringes or pumps. The resin in the cartridge can hold up to 50 mg ethidium bromide or SYBR®Green. An indicator cartridge shows by red colouring or UV fluorescence when the saturation of the bondEX 50 cartridge is reached.
