This Beef Bone Necklace is 135mm x 35mm. It includes paua shell pieces, a black 3 plait adjustable cord, and a free giftbox. Meaning: - The Manaia is a guardian figure that moves s eamlessly between the physical and spiritual world. This Manaia depicts the head of a bird, body of a man and the tail of a fish. The balance between the sky, earth, and sea. It acts as a kaitiaki (guardian) for the wearer and represents protection and balance throughout life’s journey. - In this design there are 2 Manaia, this symbolises protection of one person for another. This is also a sign of protection from all directions for the wearer. - The Koru design draws from the unfurling frond of the native silver fern. It symbolizes the continuous movement of life, new beginnings, new opportunities, growth, and harmony. The Koru is a powerful representation of the cycle of renewal and change.
