SQM BONELESS CHUCK STEAK- Cut from the chuck- we offer extra thick steaks that are perfect to slow cook on the stove top or dry-rubbed and cooked low and slow on the grill. This is a very flavorful steak with lots of marbling. Steaks are hand cut 1.5-2" thick and dry aged. Steaks are cryovac packed, 1 steak per package.
