This stew is hand-cut by our master butchers on an as-ordered basis. [/cus_description_1] [cus_description_2] Serving Size: Approximately 8 oz. per Person Ingredients: Soaked & Salted Premium Lamb. Recommended Cooking Instructions: Preheat oven to 350°. Follow desired seasoning recipe. Heat 3 teaspoons of oil in a large oven safe pot. Add the lamb a few pieces at a time; do not overcrowd (lamb may be coated with flour if so desired). Cook, turning the pieces until lamb is browned on all sides, about 5 minutes per batch; add more oil as needed between batches. Add sauce to pot, cover and cook at 350° for about 1 ½ - 2 hours or until lamb is tender.
