Boning Knife This knife is crafted from carbon steel. The style is designed for precisely removing meat from bones, cutting through connective tissue or ligaments, and separating meat from fat or joints. The blade is slightly flexible to allow you to manoeuvre in small spaces such as between bones. While the shape of knife makes them perfect for any meat-cutting task, there’s a wide variety of uses this blade is also well-suited for, such as cutting fruit and carving baked goods. The blade is satin finished showing the bevels of the blade and showcasing the lines of the knife while reducing its reflective glare. The timber handle is Walnut. Walnut is a prized wood for its fine even texture but rather coarse grain characteristics and its unique colour of a rich chocolate-brown to purplish-black. It is a very strong and stable wood. This knife does not come with a sheath. However, a custom leather sheath may be purchased separately from our online store.
