Vintage: 2022 Origin: Beaujolais, France Grapes: Chardonnay Alcohol: 13% Grown on a limestone vein, this young vine Chardonnay comes from a single Domaine parcel. A medium-acid win e with soft tannins and a full body that radiates superb citrus notes (candied orange, tangerine). The grapes are placed in cement tanks for a whole-cluster carbonic maceration, after which they are aged for eight months in oak barrels. This wine is unfiltered, unfined, and has no SO2 added, just like all Bonnet-Cotton wines. Show more
