This piece is inspired by an iconic view looking south on the east shore of Lake Tahoe with Heavenly mountain in the distance. It also includes what locals refer to as Bonsai Rock and it's Bonsai Trees. Surrounded by water, fissures split the granite boulder leaving a space just wide enough for a few tough, stunted trees to take root and make a home in the iconic Lake Tahoe. Show more
