This refreshing blend of herbs is traditionally used to move stagnant Liver Qi, ease the body and mind, and cool from within. Enjoy during times of stress, overstimulation or seasonal change to promote harmony and flow. Flavor: Minty and lightly sweet. Ingredients: Goji berry*, mint* (field mint, peppermint, and/or spearmint), chrysanthemum*, nettle leaf*, dandelion leaf*. All organic* or pesticide-free ingredients. Caffeine-free. Packaged as a 1.5 oz loose-leaf tea in a rice paper bag. Serving: Steep 1 tsp of herbs in 8 oz of boiling water (200°F / 90°C) for 5 minutes. Strain and enjoy. Resteep as you please.
