The Bonzer Large Waste Chute is a simple, low-profile insert designed to fit into a cut-out in a bar counter top, giving staff a convenient and hygienic way to sweep waste — used lemon wedges, bottle caps, straws, paper debris — directly off the surface and into a bin below. It sits flush with the counter, keeping the working surface clear without interrupting the flow of service. In a busy bar environment, keeping the counter clear is a constant challenge during service. A built-in waste chute removes the need for surface bins or repeated trips to dispose of garnish and packaging waste, which helps staff stay focused on the bar rather than managing clutter. Over the course of an evening service, that convenience adds up in small but meaningful ways. Flush-fitting insert keeps the bar surface clean and unobstructed Reduces reliance on surface waste containers during service Encourages faster clean-as-you-go working habits at the bar Durable Bonzer construction suited to continuous hospitality use Simple design makes cleaning and emptying the bin below straightforward Installation requires a cut-out in the counter top to the appropriate dimensions for the large chute. This is a fixed installation, so it is worth confirming the counter material and thickness before cutting. It is most commonly fitted during a bar build or refurbishment, though it can be retrofitted to an existing counter if the position and substrate allow. A smaller version is available if your counter space or waste volume requirements are more modest. This chute is well suited to bars, cocktail stations, and service counters where waste management during busy periods is a practical concern. It is a straightforward, proven piece of bar smallware that earns its place through daily usefulness rather than complexity. If you are fitting out a new bar or retrofitting an existing one and would like to talk through which size suits your setup, the team is happy to help.
