Collecte d for the public delight by the Peter Pauper Press, Mount Vernon in 1939. 69 pages Contents include: Letters to his Mother, his Sister and his Wife Letters to Some American and English Women Letters to Some French Ladies of Fashion Various Essays, Bagatelles and Satires on the Sex We have two that are identical except one slipcase is dark brown and the other a lighter brown. Both are in good condition. As shown in the photos, the dark brown slip case is torn at the bottom and for the book in the lighter brown slip, eight pairs of pages have not been cut. The pages have a deckled edge and the books were hand bound, so these pages were simply missed. You can easily cut them open, or leave them as they are. Shipping: $15.
