This allows time to prepare, plan, and hold space just for you. Please arrive on time with hair prepared as discussed. Late arrivals may shorten the appointment while the booking cost remains the same. If you need to reschedule, notice is always appreciated. Cancellations or changes within a short time frame may result in the deposit being retained.
