If you fancy giving fused glass a go, come visit the studio for a hands-on introduction. My workshops are split by technique and are great for total beginners or anyone with a bit of experience. We can work together on your own design, or you can choose from one of the studio patterns. Class time is 10am-1.00pm, although times may run over depending on the speed of the class. 29th August / 12th September Introduction to FusingDiscover the basics of kiln-formed glass. You'll work with frits, powders, confetti, and specialty glass to create your own unique pieces. Learn how to cut, assemble, and prepare your work for firing. Finished items will be fired overnight and ready for collection the next day, or posted for an additional fee. Important Info - Health and Safety Classes are for ages 12+ (under 18s must be supervised by an adult) Wear closed-toe shoes and comfortable clothing. Some classes may not be suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding individuals. PPE must be worn during workshops (provided). We cannot be held responsible for any injuries caused through the misuse of the studio or equipment. We reserve the right to remove participants not adhering to health and safety guidelines, with no refund.
