Taking a photograph is simple. You see what you want to shoot and click the shutter. But photographs that resonate have to have elements. Light, contrast, subject, magic and someti mes a cast and crew of twenty behind me. Watching. As years of history and experiences and relationships, successes and challenges and dreams of the ‘perfect picture’ are trained into a single second as I focus the lens. I did not get here alone. Nor do I create alone. Opportunities, collaboration and trust have been on my side. Light and focus are important.
