Booker's Bourbon Batch 2018-1 "Kathleens Batch" is made up of barrels from five production dates aged in several different locations within three warehouses. The nose presents note s of leather, floral honey, caramel and vanilla. On the palate you'll notice a taste of rich butterscotch, brown sugar, dried cherries and a little allspice. The finish is a nice balance of toasted oak with caramel and brown sugar. COLOR Our darkest and deepest amber and henna color. TASTED Deep and complex flavors of vanilla, nuts and oak.
