Booker’s Batch 2025-01 “Barry’s Batch” is the first U.S. release in the 2025 Booker’s Bourbon collection, named in honor of former Beam chairman and CEO Barry Berish, who passed in early 2024 after more than 40 years with the company. The batch is aged 7 years, 2 months, and 4 days, and bottled at 125.7 proof. It presents a golden amber color, with aromas of vanilla and light sweetness from aging in new white oak barrels. The palate is warm and balanced, with a smooth, lingering finish. The blend consists of barrels from four production dates aged across five warehouses, primarily from the 5th floors of warehouses 3, 1, and X, with smaller portions from warehouses H and G. Show more
