PRICING & BOOKING DEPOSIT Our party packages start at $480 for a 2-hour experience with up to 10 guests. Each additional guest is $40, with a maximum of 24 participants. For off-site parties (At Your Location) a $100 travel charge is included in the booking deposit. For custom birthday party or private group packages tailored to your needs please CONTACT US. BEAUTY SWEET WORKSHOP CANCELLATION & DEPOSIT POLICY **Deposit Requirement**: A non-refundable deposit of $240 for party at our studio or $340 for party at your location is required to secure event date and time. This deposit is necessary to cover preparation costs and to reserve your date. 2. **Cancellation Policy**: - Deposits are non-refundable. If you need to cancel your reservation, the deposit will not be refunded.- If you need to change your plans, we are happy to reschedule your party date or issue a credit for future, provided you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. 3. **Notification**: To request a reschedule or credit, please contact us directly at 847-687-1662 at least 24 hours before your scheduled date. 4. **Chargebacks**: As a small business, we face significant challenges when chargebacks occur, including fees that can affect our operations and lost opportunities. It is not fair for us to incur these costs after holding a spot for you. To avoid any chargebacks, please ensure you understand and agree to our cancellation and deposit policy before booking. By making a reservation and paying the booking deposit, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. We appreciate your understanding and support of our small business. AVAILABILITY AND/OR BOOKING Choose a PARTY PACKAGE, press SCHEDULE YOUR TIME for the calendar to open. Check your preferred date, choose time slot. To book the reservation press ADD TO CART and proceed to checkout. If you are unsure what package to choose, please refer to this PAGE. Please include best phone number and type your Child's Full Name and date of birth in the ORDER SPECIAL INSTRUCTION box so we can create an event RSVP/Registry Page where guests can register and sign the Waiver Form (link is included on our Invitation Templets). BOOKING CONFIRMATION You will receive an email confirming your booking. Our host will call you two weeks before the event date to go over details. We’ll also reach out two days prior to confirm your RSVP and signed Waiver Forms. Your final invoice will be based on the confirmed number of guests and sent electronically. The booking deposit will be applied to this balance. The remaining amount of $240 (for 10 kids) plus $40 for each additional guest is due 48 hours before the event and can be paid online via link to the checkout.
