Our Stargazer tasting room is the perfect setting for a beautiful, guided tasting experience overlooking the Chardonnay and Pinot Noir vines at the Palisander vineyard. Whether you're a seasoned enthusiast or just beginning your wine journey, we invite you to sit with us for a tutored session. You'll be seated around our bespoke communal table with other like-minded wine lovers, where you'll enjoy a selection of current release wines and sometimes other special vinous treats. To ensure an intimate and personal experience, we only have a limited number of spaces. Our guided sessions can accommodate up to twelve people and last approximately one hour. Bookings are essential for visiting our tasting room, located at 37 Rosewood Lane, Tea Tree, in the Coal River Valley. Booking times are available at 10:00 a.m., 12:30 p.m., and 3:00 p.m. on Friday through Monday. To confirm your visit, full payment of $35 per guest is required at the time of booking. For our Constellation Club, Palisander Club, and Explorer Club members, your tastings are complimentary when using the corresponding code at checkout: The Constellation Club: CONSTELLATION2025 The Palisander Club: PALISANDER2025 The Explorer Club: EXPLORER2025 Please note: Maximum booking size is 12 guests. We cannot accommodate tour groups or large group requests. If you have a designated driver or accompanying children please make note of this in the notes section of your booking so we can allocate them a seat. Children would need to remain seated for the duration of the tasting. You will need to allow an hour for your tasting. Should you be more than 15 minutes late we may need to reschedule your booking to accommodate other visitors. Our cancellation and refund policy is detailed below.
