Booking & Appointment Policy Please read the following information carefully before confirming your booking. Booking Fee & Deposit This payment is a booking fee and is strictly non-refundable. Please ensure you are 100% certain that you can attend your appointment before making a reservation. To secure your appointment, a $100 deposit is required. The deposit is non-refundable and will be deducted from your final service balance. Payment Methods We are currently unable to accept Afterpay, PayPal, or Zip Pay for online bookings. This decision is due to previous refund and cancellation requests after appointment times had been reserved. These payment methods are still accepted in-store on the day of your appointment.
