Bookmark - Grown at 2600 ft above sea level on the Vaca Mountain range. Vintage release coincides with soft tannins. The color is deep red, near black, with a nose rich with spice and dark fruit. The palate is dense with texture and flavors that slowly unfold: cherry, blackberry, cacao nib, raspberry, brown sugar, lavender, iodine, vanilla and allspice.
