While it’s especially well-suited for BMW models, the kit is designed to be compatible with many other vehicle platforms. Engineered to handle the demands of high-speed driving, the kit helps distribute aerodynamic loads evenly—preventing damage or stress to the outer skin of the boot. Ideal for motorsport or performance road use, it offers a strong, dependable foundation for any aero setup. Fitment Notes This is a universal kit – bootlid construction varies by model, so fitment may differ depending on the depth and layout of the inner skin. Now available in two lengths to suit different bootlid designs: 35mm length – for standard or shallow inner skins 65mm length – for deeper inner skins (common on some BMW models) What's Included ✔ 2 x Stainless Steel Cups (choose 35mm or 65mm length)✔ 2 x Large 46mm Washers ⚠ Note: Kit is sold as a pair. Materials & Installation Options Manufactured in stainless steel, these cups can be: Welded directly to the boot skin for maximum strength (steel bootlids only) Chemically bonded using structural adhesives for carbon fibre or composite bootlids 🔧 Welding is not required for most installations – bonding is sufficient in many applications.
