Peel off lower backing paper first (large half section), positioning at base of buttock. Then, remove upper backing paper and pull upward to lift. Smooth down with the palm of your hand. Don't forget to save the backing paper and box for reuse! REMOVAL: Bend over to pull skin tight, then peel away the patch, pulling slowly, do not rip off. Apply clear sheet provided and place back in the box for future use.
