Bora Lunga is a vintage white wine made from Spergola and Moscato grapes grown in clay soils with a limited yield per plant. After three days of maceration with the grape skins, th e wine is aged for a year in steel before bottling. With subtle hints of apple and passion fruit and a crisp, fresh finish, Bora Lunga pairs well with seafood such as grilled shrimp, ceviche, and seafood pasta dishes.
