Originally from the Mediterranean, this medicinal herb has gained popularity worldwide and for good reason. Besides being beautiful, borage has been used for thousands of years for a number of medicinal and culinary purposes. In herbal medicine, it is traditionally used to treat gastrointestinal, respiratory, cardiovascular, and urinary disorders.
