Sapore: Burroso, lungo e persistente . Di struttura importante, minerale con corretto equilibrio tra morbidezza e acidità. Nel finale dona una nota di uva matura. Temperatura di degustazione: 12-15°C Abbinamenti: Primi con sughi di pesce saporiti. Luccio in salsa. Si sposa perfettamente con i formaggi giovani come il pecorino ed il taleggio.
