This luscious Amarone is made from the ripest bunches of Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara harvested by hand between September and October. The grapes then spent 3 months drying, co ncentering the sugars. Following a long fermentation, the wine was aged in French oak barrels and tonneaux. Broad and intensely structured, it has dense notes of black cherries, blackberry, chocolate and roasted coffee.
