Some of the quotes you’ll see in your little Epic Fail booklet may give you some ideas for encouraging things to say and do when you see other people fighting with their nerves. BE KIND TO YOURSELFIf you try to fail and succeed – did you fail.. or succeed? What we’re trying to say is, don’t beat yourself up if you’re not ready to complete a challenge. All we ask is that you try it out for size and the next time you meet the same challenge you’ll be able to nudge it a little further, perhaps by taking a different approach. LOOK ON THE FUNNY SIDEHave you ever seen a clown perform? If you have you would have laughed at all the different ways he fails. Failure can be really funny (as long as no-one is hurt). Because failure could happen to anyone and laughing is a way of saying it’s ok. In fact – please do it again so we can have another giggle!
