The Boson Humidity Sensor Module offers an accessible way for students to monitor environmental moisture levels. It captures relative humidity data, allowing learners to compare weather conditions, conduct climate-related experiments, or create automated response systems. Its reliable functionality makes it an ideal tool for both science exploration and real-world data analysis. This sensor encourages inquiry-based learning and supports sustainability discussions by integrating environmental data into creative applications.Educational Benefits: Introduces environmental monitoring and data collection in real time. Reinforces science concepts like weather, atmosphere, and climate. Teaches students to analyse patterns and draw conclusions from sensor input. Develops skills in designing responsive systems using live data. Encourages awareness of environmental changes and their impacts. Classroom Ideas: Track humidity changes over a week and graph results in science class. Create a classroom climate station using multiple sensors. Design an automated system that activates a fan or light when humidity is high. Use in geography lessons to compare local and global climates. Integrate with micro:bit to display real-time humidity readings on screen. Product Specifications: Input module designed to measure humidity levels. Colour-coded blue for input identification. Connects via 3-pin flexible cable - solder-free. Mounts magnetically or with LEGO/screw-compatible backing. Compatible with Arduino, micro:bit, and various coding platforms. Supports Scratch, MakeCode, Python, JavaScript, and C programming. Ideal for environmental science and data literacy projects.
