Not only do the Boss Bands keep your wrists rip free, but they also add extra support to help keep your wrists aligned and stable. Boss Bands are created with gymnast safety and comfort in mind. They are used by gymnasts of all skill levels and ages. Although Boss Bands are designed to be as comfortable as possible, it may take a day or two for them to fully break in for maximum comfort. The fabric may need a little chalk and a little work in the gym in order to get the best feeling out of them. Boss Bands are machine washable and air dryable.
