Hatiora salicornioides is native to the coastal regions of Brazil, where it grows epiphytically on trees or rock surfaces. The cylindrical stems have a segmented, jointed appearanc e, resembling tiny fingers, giving them a distinctive, almost skeletal look, hence its nickname, "dancing bones" cactus. You may observe small, star-shaped flowers during the spring/summer. The cascading growth habit makes this plant ideal for suspended or elevated planters.
