Using bottle caps, I created this awesome crab and palm tree design with a 3D effect on an old picture frame that was sanded, painted, and stained. It turned out amazing! I also se aled the art with mod podge and varnish to protect it from rust and erosion over time- especially for homes that are located near the water/ beach.
