Looking for a replacement part for your Uncommon Telescoping Flagpole? The bottom flag harness is used to attach the bottom grommet of the lower flag to the flagpole using a stainl ess steel spring clip (included). Inside diameter of the bottom harness measures approximately 2-1/8" and should fit loosely to rotate around the pole. This fits our Uncommon brand 20' and 25' telescoping flagpoles.
