The Bottom Plate 15 ensures correct height and X/Y/Z positioning of 15 mL centrifuge tubes within Tube Rack L. Required for all Tube Holders that accommodate 15 mL tubes exclusivel y, as all corresponding .json labware files are calibrated with the Bottom Plate in place.Without a Bottom Plate, the top and bottom height measurements of the tubes will not match the values stored in the .json labware file.
